We try to hold stocks of all active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

Please Note: We cannot exchange or accept returns on any fragrance base products or fragrance oils, in the event they could be tampered or contaminated.
It would be our recommendation that you try one of our sample sizes, ensuring that you are satisfied with the fragrance you are purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

D) All products offered for sale by Scent Perfique Ltd are priced in pounds Sterling incluiding VAT. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY:- We accept card payments either securely on-line or over the telephone by the cardholder and all goods will be sent to the cardholder’s address
Terms of Contract We the Company Scent Perfique Ltd reserve the right under our Terms of Contract to refuse or decline any orders/wholesale or otherwise that we believe to be of a conflicting interest or in direct competition to any existing suppliers within your area.
CARRIAGE A) All prices listed do not include postage and packaging.
B) Postage and Packaging on all goods will be charges per order not item
C) UK Standard Postage and Packaging is charged at £4.95. Excluding any Orders for Boxes of Wax a £7.95 will apply.

F) All Goods will be consigned by the most economical route for Standard Deliveries. If other arrangements are made on the customer’s instructions, any additional cost will be charged.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE A) We aim to dispatched, all orders within 3 to 5 working days or sooner. However, at times of exceptional demand or low stock levels, delivery times may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. We do offer an Express delivery service, but sometimes this is not possible on if an item has sold out. You would be advised accordingly if this is the case. We do not accept responsibility for any delivery hold-ups out with our control. (Postage Strikes etc)
B) International deliveries will be dispatched with in 3 to 5 days. The time in which the goods are in Transit will vary depending on the destination. We will notify the consumer of any consignment and tracking details, so as they might monitor their parcel.
PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS From time to time we run Promtions & Special Offers. We will issue a discount code that should be entered into the promotional box at the checkout. Your discount will automaticially be taken off, once you confirm your order. £20 Minimum orders usually apply unless otherwise stated.
